Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy – Rudras Foods

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted and no refund shall be made.

How to Request a Cancellation

Customers must send an email with the subject line:
“Cancellation Request” to [email protected]

The email must include:

Order ID
Reason for Cancellation

Cancellation will be initiated only after receiving a formal cancellation request by email.

Refund Timeline for Cancellations

Approved cancellation refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days.
Bank or payment gateway transaction charges, if applicable, will be deducted and borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

Order was cancelled before shipment.
Order was not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases where delivery failed due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient).
Quality issues or damaged products:
If there is a complaint regarding product quality or damage, Rudras Foods will investigate the issue.
- If the complaint is found to be valid, the customer may receive a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

Important Refund Conditions

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of Rudras Foods management shall be final.
Refund amount will not exceed the amount paid by the customer under any circumstances.
Discounted, promotional, or exempted amounts are non-refundable.
Any extra amount credited mistakenly to Rudras Foods will not be refunded but may be adjusted against future orders.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only under specific conditions:

Returns are applicable only for damaged products or poor-quality products caused due to our fault.
All return requests will be verified and investigated by Rudras Foods before approval.
Return request must be raised within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping

The customer bears the return shipping cost and responsibility.
Rudras Foods is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
