Order Processing & Shipment

All orders placed on www.rudrasfoods.in are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Once processed, orders are dispatched for delivery.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business working days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Delivery location
    • Courier partner
    • Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

Rudras Foods is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.


Shipping Coverage

  • Currently, we deliver within India only.
  • Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage for your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if applicable) will be shared via email or SMS.


Cancellations (Related to Shipping)

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Cancellation Request Process

Customers must send an email with the subject:
“Cancellation Request” to [email protected]

Email must include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Note: Payment gateway or bank transaction charges, if any, will be deducted and borne by the customer.


Refunds (Shipping-Related Cases)

Refunds will be considered only under the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before shipment
  • Order not delivered to the recipient
    (This does not include cases of incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient)
  • Damaged product or poor-quality product due to our fault
    (Subject to verification)

If a complaint is found to be valid, the customer may receive:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, at the discretion of Rudras Foods

Refund amount will not exceed the amount paid by the customer under any circumstances.


Returns

Returns are accepted only under limited conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or of poor quality due to our fault
  • Return request must be raised within 10 days from the date of purchase
  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
  • Rudras Foods is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Discounted or promotional amounts
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Extra amount credited mistakenly to Rudras Foods (may be adjusted against future orders but not refunded)
